Return Policy

We’re happy when we know you are completely satisfied with your NickWatch and the Caregiver app. That’s why we offer a full refund, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

The refund is applicable under the following conditions:

  • The item was purchased online through www.nickwatch.com.au. We cannot accept items purchased through other channels.
  • The item must be returned to us in its “like new” working condition in its original packaging.

Unfortunately we will not be able to refund money on items that do not meet the above requirements.

The refund will be credited to the original form of payment within 14 business days from the day the returned items are received at our warehouse.

You will be required to pay the shipping cost of the returned goods.

Should you wish to return your order, please email us athelp@3feetsolutions.com.auwith the subject of the email being “Return Authorisation”. In the body of the email tell us the IMEI number of the NickWatch and your phone number. Once we have given you a job number you can return the NickWatch to:

Once received and approved we will be in Contact with you about refunding you the price that you paid.

Subscription Plans

  1. We don’t offer refunds on a Data Pack unless the order is cancelled in full within 14 days of receipt of the order. Only 6 Months and 12 Months Data Packs will be refunded if cancelled within 14 days
  2. When you cancel a monthly Data Pack, you cancel future charges associated with your Data Pack but no refund will be offered.
